ZeeBaaS Factory Service:

Your ZeeBaaS reel needs to be serviced after every season to keep it running smoothly and to make sure the seals and O-Rings are replaced on an annual basis. ZeeBaaS allows you to self service your reel or you can send it in to our factory in Stratford, CT to have our techs give your reel a thorough inspection. We replace all the seals and O-rings, re lube the reel and then put it through a pressure test to make sure its waterproof.
(Annual service is necessary to maintain warranty)

To get your reel ready to ship out for annual maintenance, fill out our Factory Service Form and print it out to ship with your reel.
